Refund policy


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on used, opened, or incorrectly ordered items.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

We only offer refunds or exchanges for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or broken.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Once approved, we will issue:

  • A replacement, or
  • A store credit, or
  • A refund (if replacement is unavailable).

 

 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only on eligible items.

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.


 

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used products
  • Lash trays, adhesives, bonders, or liquids once opened
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. Please contact the carrier directly.
